1. License Grant:

The Software is licensed, not sold, to you. You may not sublicense, lease, or distribute the Software to any third party.
2. Restrictions:
You agree not to, and shall not allow others to, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software. You shall not remove or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, or copyright markings from the Software.
3. Updates and Upgrades:
We may provide updates or upgrades to the Software. These updates and upgrades may be automatic or require your approval. By installing or using the Software, you agree to receive these updates and upgrades.
4. Ownership:
You acknowledge that we retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.
5. Data Collection:
The Software may collect and transmit data, including but not limited to usage data and technical information, to us or third-party servers. By using the Software, you consent to such data collection and transmission.
6. Warranty Disclaimer:
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
7. Limitation of Liability:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THIS EULA, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THIS EULA SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR THE SOFTWARE.
8. Indemnification:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Software or any breach of this EULA.
9. Termination:
This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate this EULA at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and uninstall it from your computer.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State/Region]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
11. Entire Agreement:
